Are the treats safe? Where are they made?
Every treat is made by an established Korean treat brand, vetted for quality by our team, and human-tested by our founder before it earns a spot in the box. We only include treats made with human-grade ingredients — if we can't eat it, your pup doesn't get it.
My dog has allergies. Can I still subscribe?
Yes — the quiz asks about allergies and sensitivities, and every box is curated around your answers. Many of our treats are single-ingredient, which makes avoiding triggers much easier.
What if my dog is picky and doesn't like a treat?
That's what the 100% Happiness Guarantee is for. If your pup doesn't love their box, contact us and we'll make it right — no questions asked, no disappointed pups.
How much does it cost?
$34.90/month, $99.90 for 3 months, or $169.90 for 6 months. Prefer to try before subscribing? A one-time box is $39.90.

When does my box ship?
Boxes ship monthly — expect 5–7 business days in transit. You'll get tracking the moment your box leaves the warehouse.

What's included in the Korean Treat Box?
Each monthly box contains 4 premium Korean dog treats plus a bonus surprise — often an accessory or extra snack — united by a seasonal Korean theme. Treats are curated based on your pup's preferences and dietary needs, with a mix of flavors and textures. Every edition rotates so your pup always gets something new.
How does shipping and delivery work?
We ship within 2-3 business days of your order. Subscribers receive their box automatically every 30 days. You can track your package through our email notifications. We currently ship to all 50 US states.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can skip a month, update preferences, or cancel anytime through the Manage subscription link in our site header (Stripe customer portal). Changes take effect for your next scheduled delivery. There are no cancellation fees or commitments.
How do you match treats to my dog?
When you subscribe, you'll complete a short treat quiz about your pup's size, chew style, allergies, and flavor preferences. We use those answers to curate each monthly box.
Do you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes! During setup, you can specify any allergies or dietary restrictions your dog has. We'll ensure your treat box only contains treats that are safe for your pup. Common restrictions we accommodate include chicken, beef, grain-free, and limited ingredient diets.
What quality and safety standards do you follow?
All our treats are made in Korea following strict pet food safety standards. They're human-grade quality, free from artificial preservatives, colors, and flavors. Every batch is tested for safety and quality before shipping.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the product is unopened and in original condition, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
