Welcome to Pupsday! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Pupsday ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

Pupsday provides an online dog personality assessment platform and physical product subscription service. Our services include:

• Personality Quiz: A free, comprehensive 59-question assessment that helps you understand your dog's unique personality type (email optional)
• Treat Recommendation Quiz: A 10-question quiz that collects your dog's preferences and leads to personalized treat recommendations (email required)
• Personalized training and care recommendations based on personality assessments
• Educational content about dog behavior and psychology
• Physical Products: Korean Treat Box subscription service with monthly or quarterly delivery options
• Product recommendations based on personality types and dietary preferences

User Accounts and Registration

Our personality quiz can be used anonymously without providing an email address. However, to purchase products or use our treat recommendation quiz, you must provide a valid email address. When providing information, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Provide accurate shipping addresses for physical product delivery
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

User Content

By submitting content to our Service (including photos, descriptions, and assessment responses), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Important: Our personality assessments are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of personality assessments
• Results may vary and should not be the sole basis for decisions about your dog
• Always consult with a qualified veterinarian for health-related concerns
• We make no warranties about the availability or functionality of the Service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pupsday shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Payment and Refunds

Payments

Physical products and subscriptions require payment. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and shipping charges. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We accept major credit cards and debit cards.

Subscription Billing

• Monthly Subscriptions: Billed $34.90 per month
• Quarterly Subscriptions: Billed $99.90 every three months
• One-Time Purchases: $39.90
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged on the same day each month (for monthly) or every three months (for quarterly) based on your subscription start date
• We will notify you before each billing cycle

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. To cancel, contact us at support@pupsday.com or manage your subscription through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to receive products until that time. No refunds are provided for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for physical products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase and the product is unopened and in its original condition, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Physical Products and Subscriptions

Shipping

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only
• Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days
• Delivery takes 3-7 business days from shipment date
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by you

Product Availability

Product availability is subject to stock. If a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund. We reserve the right to modify product offerings and prices with reasonable notice.

Subscription Changes

You may modify your subscription preferences (e.g., switch between monthly and quarterly plans) by contacting us at support@pupsday.com. Changes will take effect for your next billing cycle. You cannot modify or cancel a subscription for the current billing period once it has been charged.

Quiz Services

Personality Quiz

Our personality quiz is free to use and does not require an email address. The quiz consists of 59 questions and provides insights into your dog's personality type. Results are for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional veterinary or behavioral advice.

Treat Recommendation Quiz

Our treat recommendation quiz collects information about your dog's preferences, dietary restrictions, and activity level to provide personalized treat recommendations. This quiz requires an email address and may lead to product purchase options. Quiz responses are used to match your dog with appropriate products and are stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our Service prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
