The tiers are not cumulative. The highest tier reached applies. If we already issued the 50% refund and that same post later reaches 100,000 verified organic views, we can upgrade the same claim with the remaining 50% and one gift box.
Clear disclosure
Tell people about the possible reward.
Put the disclosure at the start of the caption or before any “more” cutoff, where it is easy to notice and understand. For video, show it on screen and say it near the beginning, and repeat it in the caption. Do not hide it among hashtags.
Tagging @pupsday_ alone is not enough.

Use language that truthfully matches your situation. A vague label such as “collab,” “ambassador,” “thanks,” or only a brand tag is not a clear disclosure.
Your opinion is yours
Honest beats polished.
The reward depends only on eligible, verified views. It never depends on positive sentiment, a five-star rating, or saying something we asked you to say.
We do not require a script or pre-approval. Positive, neutral, and critical opinions are equally eligible, and Pupsday will not withhold an earned reward because an honest opinion is critical.
Speak from your real experience. Do not make unsupported health claims, including claims that a treat diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents a condition, or is veterinarian prescribed, unless you have reliable support for that exact claim. Do not show unsafe handling, animal distress, or encourage unsafe behavior.
Eligibility
What makes a post eligible
- 1You received a Pupsday invitation, are at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live), have an eligible delivered Pupsday order with a U.S. shipping address, and own the public social account you use.
- 2Publish one original, public unboxing post on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. You must have permission to use every person, animal, image, clip, and piece of music in it.
- 3The post must stay public while we verify it. Views must be organic: no purchased views, bots, engagement groups, paid boosts, impersonation, or other manipulation.
- 4Employees, contractors, agents, and their immediate households are not eligible. Orders already fully refunded, disputed, or charged back are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
One order, one post, one claim. Each delivered eligible order can support one public post and one reward claim; each post can support one order. Views from separate posts cannot be combined, and cross-posting the same content does not create extra rewards. A claim can receive at most one upgrade from tier one to tier two.

Publish your eligible unboxing, place the disclosure where people will notice it, and tag @pupsday_. Keep the post public during verification.

Send your claim
Reply to your original invitation or email support@pupsday.com with the public post URL, platform handle, order number or order email, and a screenshot of the view count. Never send card or bank details.

We verify and fulfill
We verify the delivered order, disclosure, public platform metrics, and authentic organic activity. Approved refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. We send gift-box tracking separately.
If your invitation did not state a deadline, you may submit while this program is published. We may change or end the program for future posts. Any change will carry a new effective date and apply only to posts first published on or after that date; it will not reduce a reward already earned. We may ask for reasonable additional proof if platform metrics are unclear.
Your content, your voice
You keep ownership.
You own your content. By sending us a post URL as a claim, you give Pupsday a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost that content on Pupsday-owned websites, email, and organic social channels, with attribution where practical. We may crop, resize, or add accessibility captions, but we will not materially change the meaning of your opinion.
Paid advertising is separate. The program reward does not buy paid-ad rights. Paid ads, whitelisting or Spark Ads, material edits, or licensing your content to a third party require a separate written agreement with your permission and its own usage terms.
You may ask us at support@pupsday.com to stop new organic uses. That request does not require us to recall materials already published or produced before it was received.
Privacy and support
We use the claim details you send to verify eligibility, fulfill the reward, communicate with you, and prevent fraud. Do not send payment-card or bank details. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Questions? Email support@pupsday.com.
